I woke up in the middle of the night, got out of bed and found myself ankle deep in water. My whole house was flooded. I did not know what to do or where to turn. The fire department gave me your phone number, and within an hour during the wee hours of the morning you were at my doorstep assuring me that all would be OK and that you would stick with me until everything got taken care of to my satisfaction. You stood by me, making sure that I got all the dry-out assistance that I needed, that I got appropriate referrals for a pack-up and furniture restoration company and for a contractor to do the extensive tear-out and reconstruction that was required.

Genuine Professionalism
As a result of the wonderful customer service I received from Mr. Eli Daboush at Pro Water Damage, I felt compelled to write a review of his professionalism. Throughout the course of our business relationship, Mr. Daboush was consistently courteous and seemed genuinely concerned for my issues.
My rental house had, unfortunately, sustained some significant water damage and I made an emergency call to Pro Water Damage to begin the clean up. Mr. Daboush was very thorough and showed great courtesy and sensitivity to my tenant and myself throughout the process.

ABOVE AND BEYOND OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND
I experienced a recent flood on the first floor of my house from my dishwasher. Unfortunately, it happened over a holiday weekend. I called Pro Water Damage and talked with Eli. He came right over and began the procedure of drying out the house. Several days later, we scheduled a time to pick up the equipment, but I unfortunately had to go into work really early the same day. Eli said, “no problem,” and met me at my house at 4:30 AM. That’s what I call “above and beyond.” The company was great to work with. They handled everything with the insurance company. I’m extremely happy with their service. They were also very pleasant to work with and made a painful process move along as painlessly as possible.

EXCEPTIONAL CARE AND SERVICE
As a result of the wonderful customer service I received from Mr. Eli Daboush and Pro Water Damage, I am writing this review in appreciation of his thoroughness, professionalism and courtesy. In the middle of the night last summer, one of our upstairs under-sink flex lines blew. It must have been running for hours, because, by the time we heard the water, both upstairs and downstairs were flooded. We called Mr. Daboush at 1:30 a.m. and he and his team arrived within minutes. Always courteous and making sure to explain every step of removal and dry out, Mr. Daboush and his team immediately set out to dry out our home, working 24 hours a day until the job was done. Using high tech infrared cameras and gigantic blowers, Pro Water Damage succeeded in preventing further water damage and saving our home from the dreaded black mold. Mr. Daboush worked directly with our insurance company and everything was covered. When another, unaffiliated, company broke some outdoor lights while removing some of our furniture, Mr. Daboush stepped in and took care of the cost to replace, even though it wasn’t his problem. That’s the long story.
