COMFORTING REASSURANCE
I am writing to thank you ever so much, not only for your thorough water extraction and dry out services, but also to thank you for all the support anyone who finds themselves in a very stressful situation such as this could ever want. You gave me comfort and advice whenever I needed it.

I woke up in the middle of the night, got out of bed and found myself ankle deep in water. My whole house was flooded. I did not know what to do or where to turn. The fire department gave me your phone number, and within an hour during the wee hours of the morning you were at my doorstep assuring me that all would be OK and that you would stick with me until everything got taken care of to my satisfaction. You stood by me, making sure that I got all the dry-out assistance that I needed, that I got appropriate referrals for a pack-up and furniture restoration company and for a contractor to do the extensive tear-out and reconstruction that was required.

Now, thanks to you, everything is restored to my satisfaction, just as you promised. I will forever be grateful to you for your service and support.
