As a result of the wonderful customer service I received from Mr. Eli Daboush and Pro Water Damage, I am writing this review in appreciation of his thoroughness, professionalism and courtesy. In the middle of the night last summer, one of our upstairs under-sink flex lines blew. It must have been running for hours, because, by the time we heard the water, both upstairs and downstairs were flooded. We called Mr. Daboush at 1:30 a.m. and he and his team arrived within minutes. Always courteous and making sure to explain every step of removal and dry out, Mr. Daboush and his team immediately set out to dry out our home, working 24 hours a day until the job was done. Using high tech infrared cameras and gigantic blowers, Pro Water Damage succeeded in preventing further water damage and saving our home from the dreaded black mold. Mr. Daboush worked directly with our insurance company and everything was covered. When another, unaffiliated, company broke some outdoor lights while removing some of our furniture, Mr. Daboush stepped in and took care of the cost to replace, even though it wasn’t his problem. That’s the long story.
